Sod is daintly skinny, by the way. Without starving herself!
Breakfast: Any cereal I find. I i'm stuck between two, just mix em' up.
Morning snack: Any fruit
Lunch: A salad, a yoghurt, and maybe for a treat a couple of marshmallows
Midday snack: 3 Crackers with or without cheese spread
Tea/Dinner: Fish and chips with no salt and lowest fat pack you could buy.
Evening Snack: A cereal bar.
Bed.
