Arguement/Leader Rules.

Argue's.

1. First, they must have a warning.
2. We have a long discussion, either duo, or as a group.
3. We demote them.
4. We bann them from the forums and RP and the pearlz for [depending on how long the arguement was.]
5. Fired.

If someone started it, and apologised, or if someone started it and the Enemy made it even worse

I.E Enemy = E Starter = S

Example A:

S: I'm sorry.
E: You started it!
E: My family had a stroke, blahblah [family natter for sympathy.]
S: I'm sorry to hear
S: =S
E: You apologise
S: ...
E: piss off

Then, E is the starter.

Example B:

S: I'm not apologising.
E: you have to.
S: No!
E: Piss off horsepee.
S: LOL.
E: fuck off.

E is also the starter.

Whoever the starter is, must remain quiet as everyone ELSE but the starter decides a punishment.

Worst punishment: Fired.
Least: Banned from forum for a day
Medium: Banned from Pearlz/Forum/RP for a week.

If the person REALLY insults, heavily I.E:

E: Fuck off
E: You'll never be a cook/singer/author/dancer/athlete/gymnist/docter/etc
E: [using Sams example:] Pigface.
E: Shutup
E: SHUT UP!
E: piss off

ONLY if it's PROPERLY heavily, the group still discusses it.

Worst punishment: Fired
Least: Being not allowed to talk to the pearlz for 2 days, and if they break it then they will be talked to, demoted then fired.
