I WAS 9 stone but now im 8 and a half

Subject: I WAS 9 stone but now im 8 and a half Fri Dec 18, 2009 2:19 pm

LOL This is true peeps but the bad side is It took 8 weeks. BUT I still ate tons of chocolate. (Well, not tons...)

Breakfast: Either Egg for protein, peanut butter with toast, dorset cereal or museli with some sugar.

Lunch: School dinners. I'd usually have sweet and sour chicken, chicken korma, or anything chicken. =D You get like 3 spoonfuls of rice so I skipped the rice and channeled Carbohydrate into fat aswell. This chocolate sponge thing with icing sugar ontop and apple juice.

Dinner: Yesterday I just had salad when my dad made lasagne, but most of the time we eat meat with salad. Rarely chips.

Snack:

Snacks in a day..

Either:

A bagel
A small 90cal ripple bar (the half the size one)
a whole bunch of grapes
Apple
Satsuma
Apple again
And rich tea biscuits

Or:

A hot chocolate (either one in the day or one before bed)
Grapes
Blueberries
Muller yoghurt
Dark chooclate
2 peices of sugar free (Orbit is good for teeth) chewing gum

My Excersize:

Monday 1 hour 40 minutes of P.E,

Tuesday 1 hour 15 minutes of cricket

Wednesday 2 hours or 1 and a half of Gymnastics.

Thursday 1 hour and 20 minutes Trampolining Club

Friday No clubs are on, so I have a shower.

Sat: Usually go over to my friends, or friends come over here, sometimes we go to cinema, or shop, or eat out, varias.

Sunday: Homework, TV, Computer (But I pretty much go on the pc everyday except At cricket and Gymnastics. Sometimes in the summer I walk to the park and back, go t the park with friends, or walk t othe sweet shop (in the summer) and buy a Daim bar and a small pack of Magic stars.
