Book 10, Have Faith

It IS book fifteen right?

gWEN MORPHED BACK

"No!!" She yelled, and took the knife

"KIKINA! Just let him fly just once, only once." Gwen said

"..Fine. If he dies, its your fault." Kikina said.

Gwen looked at her cut.

"Is that cut ok?"

"Whatever."

Dwayne gave them a last look, smiling, hugging them and he left to do paperwork.

A month later.

Dwayne was taller... His hair was way shorter.. He wore the blue fighter jet outfit.. It was his first mission.
He smiled, trembling.. The smell of oil comforted him.
"ALL CLEAR!"
Yelled the engineer.
Dwayne heard other jets roaring into the sky outside his bunkery bit.
Dwayne got up the wing and opened the window, jumping into the seat.
The man opened the doors for him, he finally saw it.
Blue..Cloudless skies...
And he would be in them...
His parents would be proud.. If only they were back from their 'holiday'.
He texted Kikina and Gwen, a naughty thing to do in case the phone went off.
[i]Hey!!!! I'm about to teach the skies! See you guys later.. Maybe tomorow. <3 you lots Dwayne.

He sent it and turned his phone off, putting it in his pocket.
His medicene was on his lap.
He pressed several combining buttons and the engine started up.
Dwayne put his helmet on with the pull down eye shield and the speaking microphone.
He pulled the window down over him..
He gripped the steering wheel..

A sudden lurch, but he was fine as he flew about.
Dwayne trembled.
"Pilot three.. You hearing me?"
"Ye..Es"
Dwayne replied.
"Good... You are to fly over America, help them out as a few fighter jets are due to attack."
"Rod...Ger..Tha..At."
Dwyane said.
He called off and flew in a straight beeline.

He flew over America, searching.
No sooner had he arrived, he found he was being tailed by two fighter jets.
He widened his eyes and quickly turned, firing with the built in guns.
He managed to shoot one down, but the other shot back, and hit the side, causing a hole in the side.
Dwayne's eyes widened even more.
His oxygen!!!
Dwayne looked for his pills.
They had flown out through the hole.
Dwayne's heart beat faster and faster.
Dwayne felt sick.
He realised he was heading for a mountain side.
Dwayne needed his pills. But he needed to pull up!
Dwayne was running out of air, he couldn't breath.
Dwayne's heart beat so fast it hurt.
He felt he was loosing himself...
Dwayne panicked.
"PILOT THREE? ARE YOU OK?"
Dwayne didn't answer, his heart stopped beating suddenly... And his helmet was off, finger on the eject button.
His last thoughts were.
Kikina.... Gwen.. Have faith!
There was a bang... And as the smoke cleared. He was lying on the seat, blood trickling down through his hair from his skull, eyes open wide, mouth closed.



A day later... Kikina reieved a call.
"Hello?"
She asked.
"Hello, is this Kikina?"
Yes.. Who is this?"
"I am from the royal air force..... To say that Dwayne.. Has passed. He suffered from a heart attack, and his oxygen tank had been ripped out. We are very sorry. We found him yesterday."
Gwen listened in.
"He served the country. A brave young chap."

Kikina suddenly went still. She started making gasps "Oh. Oh gawd." She slammed the phone down

Kikina burst into tears, crouching against the phone

"What happened?" Gwen asked

"Hes GONE! GONE!"

"W-what?"

"He died. I told him. I tOLD YOU!" Kikina sobbed

Gwen gasped..

"Why? I loved him!" Kikina sobbed


Jay was outside the house window...listening

"I know kikina.." Gwen said, still shocked

"I told him not to go. I didnt want to lose him. I loved him"


Jay got so angry

Jay slammed in

"KIKINA!"

"No!" Kikina cried, tears down her face

Gwen backed off

"Well...now hes gone,. you'll be mine" Jay grinned

"NO!" SHOUTED kIKINA

Kikina got a knife and ewent to stab Jay, but it just cut him

Kikina cried

"Just go away!" She sobbed

"Jay grabbed her wrist as Kikina cried

"If im dying, your coming down with me." He whispered to her

"NO!" Gwen shouted

Jay held the knife in his other hand

"Ready, sweetheart?" He said in a croaky voice

"3" He counted

"Stop!" Gwen hit him,.

"2." HE STILL WENT ON

"LET ME GO! YOU CRAP!" Kikina cried, Struggling

"1! YUh oh! Death is calling my darling" Jay said. Obviously he was mental


He thrust the knife into Kikina..

Kikina slammed to the floor.

"Oh yes.. Too bad shes dead." Jay laughed

Gwen morphed into a panther, and lunged at jay. She ripped his skin. pierced his flesh, buit nothing did any good

Jjay slapped the panther.

Gwen morphed into a human, a mark where she was slapped.

"Jay. Stop." Gwen growled, grabbing a knife without him knowing

"Oh, the poor old kitty is scared." Jay said

"Jay. Im warning you." She clucthed the knife behind her back

"Whatever. What can you do?" Jay said as he pressed a knife against her arm "I know everything, Gwen,"

"You know nothing!" gWEN SHOUTED, PUSHING HIM OFF AND STABBING HIM

"I warned you"

Jay threw his knife, and it hit Gwen across the throat. Gwen screamed

"Well..jay. We're both going down." she gasped, then flopped to the floor.



The bodies were found the next day, and were buried, next to Kimiko, Pinka and Smanatha caleamar and the others.


Not the best endings.
